Spaun SUR 420 F uncommitted switch

Has anyone used one of these switches?

I am confused by the Mode 1, 2, & 3.

I would like to set the switch up like this;

If I remember correctly, there are 4 uncommitted bits that diseqc X.1 can use. Mode 1,2, and 3 allows you to pick a pair bits that your receiver will use to switch the inputs (1- bits 1 and 2, 2- 2,3, 3-3,4, if I'm not mistaken). In theory it is possible to build 64-head configuration using 5 sur-420's and 16 regular diseqc switches.

Mode 1 works fine for my MyTheater setup.

I tried it out!!!

In mode 1 the switch works simply as Uncommitted 1, 2, 3, & 4.

Now I am good to go for up to 16 LNB's
