Sports Pack Question re: Fox Deportes

Hi guys. I subscribe to the Choice Xtra package and have the Sports Pack as well. I am receiving all of the channels described on D* web site except Fox Deportes (channel 624). I imagine that there's an easy answer that I'm overlooking, but...any ideas or suggestions? Thanks.

What on-screen msg do you get when tuning to 624 ?

When I type in '624' on the top in the blue it says 'Channel Not Available.' The channel doesn't show up in my guide at all.

Fox Deportes is on the 119 satellite

I have a feeling you are set up for only 99/101/103. If you hit 368 (which is Hope Channel also on 119 satellite) do you get the same message?

I think if you call D* they can send someone out to swap the LNB out to the 5LNB sat
