Are there any sport beams that reach Moncton, NB in Canada? if so are they SD or HD channels?

The closest cities with HD would be Portland Me.....but I think its part of the same spot beam used for Boston. Boston is on transponder 28 I think. Does a high signal on a transponder automatically mean the locals can be picked up?
