I have too many trees around to get decent copy half the time. Plus, they keep using the same scheme of a three-minute transmission followed by a three-minute rest, which means that half the time you don't even get a complete picture out of a pass even without interference.

There's a notice on the ARISS website that they're having hardware issues.
