What are the odds of DTV throwing in the remainder of the MLB season for free or a very discounted rate when you purchase the ST at the discounted $179 price? This is the time of year when MLB gets worth watching. Are they still even offering the $179 discounted price (6 x $29.99)? I've heard some people got it for $159 how does that work is it only for up front purchase or can they divide it into 6 payments also?

Slim now. I think in September it goes to a cheap offer for the last month, $59 or something. You may be able to get a straight account credit to offset MLB at that point.
I doubt you would be able to get it with any monthly credit toward NFL though, getting below $179 for ST is getting pretty aggressive for D*.
