WANTED Stab HH-90

Check with Eugene at SatelliteAV

I don't think it's a genuine Stab. At the bottom it says "Rotor SAT"

I think that "Rotor Sat" is a typo/oversight. I can tell you that several years ago STAB Italia sold all of their existing inventory (of H-H Motors) to Satellite AV. This included the HH-90 and HH-120. And STAB stopped making motors at that time. I sold several hundred of these STAB Italia Motors (purchased from Satellite AV) and they were Genuine STAB, no doubt. Its been quite awhile (2 years +) since they told me they had no more they could sell to me, they were keeping the last remaining inventory for their customers. So if they have some of these in stock, or even parts, i would believe they are Genuine STAB and would not hesitate. I trust Eugene and SatelliteAV completely. Ask them if they have it (STAB HH-90) in stock, and if so, ask them for pictures. Just to be sure.

I've given up on KU dish motors. We have fixed dishes on 87, 99 and 101.

The actuators for C-band dishes are so much better and reliable, thankfully.

As finicky as Ku band HH motors are, they are still worth their trouble. They are relatively inexpensive and if you have a stable mount, they can stay relatively accurate for a long time. Your fixed dishes are hitting the main satellites, but you're still missing good ones like 123W, 117W, 115W, 105W, 97W all of which I like to regularly check.

Not exactly what you're looking for, but there's a guy on eBay with a bunch of new in box Superjack/Jaeger SMR-1224 H-H mounts for cheap.

I bought one from him earlier this year and it is a huge improvement over the HH90 style "bent arm" actuator I had before. It'll handle a much bigger load and is very stable. No USALS or DiSeqc though. Wires up just like a linear dish actuator.

No connection with seller.
