My father in law in Iowa was looking at getting a Star Choice system. Since it's a Canadian service can he legally subscribe? I would probally install it for him. thanks for any info!

Would have to use a broker or a friend with a Canadian address to first set up service. As to the legalities, you will have people telling you its completely illegal and unethical, to those like myself that say as long as your a paying for your service and not stealing signal, there is nothing wrong with it.
