StarBand Moves on Bankruptcy Plan

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware approved StarBand's plan of reorganization and distribution, given to creditors for acceptance or rejection.

Creditors have until Oct. 31 to vote on the plan. After that, StarBand said it intends to proceed with another hearing confirming the plan, which is scheduled for the bankruptcy court on Nov. 12.

StarBand said it remains on track to emerge from bankruptcy before the end of the year.
