I went to start tv webpage, it says its on 291. I don't see it even when I edit favorites. Anyone have it?

Before anyone starts complaining that it's in SD and blaming Dish Wiki says that it's supposed to be that way from the Network.

Aren't most of the diginets when they're broadcast OTA 480i 16:9 SD anyway?

For some diginets, it may vary by affiliate. Some affiliates may broadcast original aspect ratio 4:3, while others do stretch-o-vision 16:9 for the exact same programming.

So, should I need to change my Format to "Stretch" on Channel 291 to see this in the same 16:9 format I get from our local affiliate's? It's 4:3 on my EA system.
