state of kuwait tv 1 and 2.

I am having trouble with state of kuwait tv channel 1 and 2 its not coming up does anyone else have this problem. its on galaxy 19 97w. I can pick up there sport channel just fine but no luck on the on 1 and 2. hope they didn't scramble it. i have good quality and signal strength but it goes down from 40 Q to 0Q back and forth.

Middle East conflict is always a factor over there. Maybe their content, which is pretty good and open was being looked at closely by neighboring influences?

If they were upgrading to mpeg 4 would that play into effect?

A scan of the TP would uncover that. Nothing new in the transponder that I saw.

I was trying to watch Barbi Bridges on 12115v last night and the signal was bouncing all over the place.

I did not re-scan the ktv2 transponder. I got a black screen, but I have a quality of 76% on my 10 foot.
Should I go ahead and rescan to see if i get a picture ?

the sport channel is working but not the KTV 1 or 2. go ahead but not much going to happen i bet.

KTV 2 is working right now.

I can not tell you if KTV 1 and/or KTV 3 is working, since I deleted those channels.
