My box locks up several times a day - just from changing channels. Since the AC cord is attached and doent uplug from the back, I have to pull my entire bigscreen out from my wall unit in order to access the power strip to reset it.

Any way to fix this?

software v 6.20

Thanks!

[VOOM] Hey, Targe, call VOOM. Sounds like a...

defective STB.

Yes, you should replace the STB.
Note, that you can reboot by pressing the power button on the STB for 6 seconds. No need to unplug in most cases.

Ilya.

Also call Voom to send a couple of hits to your stb too. If it doesn't help call back for a new stb.
