Steaming UK TV?!

Does any have any experience with websites like thetelly.com and others which stream live TV from the UK and abroad?

The telly.com looks awfully expensive.

Any thoughts?

the beta site Livestation has good quality live stream of the seven "official" partner channels via IPTV. ITN, France24, Russia Today, Al-Jazeera English etc. look pretty good. Also BBC audio is available.

Presently it appears to be a free service on both sides. I personally don't understand the business model.
