STILL getting false characters every 10 sceonds or so

Im still getting false characters every 10 seconds or so with the newest beta... basially, causing timetrax to be useless to me unless I do a general timed recording. But I cant record single siongs because the characters appear every few seconds and then ends the track (due to the timetrax believing another track has begun).

What can or should i do?

Is it time to just go back to classic?

id love to be able to use the recast i paid for though rather than classic.

Is anyoen else having the characters issue but me?

Can you please reproduce the issue and send us a debug?

Simply follow the instructions and send the file to: bugreports@timetraxtech.com


To produce a debug:

1) Start - Run - (Type in) CMD (press enter)
2) In the dos box type: cd\ (Press enter)
3) Then type: cd program files\timetrax recast (press enter)
4) Type: timetrax.exe /debug (press enter)

TimeTrax will create a .txt files in your C:\ directory send that file as an attachment with your report.
