I ordered my Time Trax software yesterday and immediately downloaded the software with no problems.. However it's been like 48 hours now and still now activation codes.. I've sent emails to customer support but nothing from them either...

Any suggestions? :confused:

Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

I am looking into it right now and I have escallated the issue to our CEO.

I will have a resolution for you shortly.

Can you please open a support ticket so that I can forward it to our Sales department to make sure they are aware?

Sure wish I had my actvication code so I could begin to use the product I already Paid for !
 
It was sent to you several times last night just after you opened your ticket.

I sent it via our ticket system and I sent it via e-mail.


Check your e-mail settings to make sure that your spam filter hasn't blocked the e-mail.


I was the one that personally did it.
