Well, even after installing a new internal hard drive I still get a BSOD every once in a while. I've been doing some research and can anyone on here confirm that a BCC Code 3b means that there is an issue with the graphics card?
In Windows 7, this could be related to any number of things. Typically, it means some service created an exception (like divide by zero) and didn't deal with it.
Make sure you have installed all of the Windows Updates as they are legion with respect to this stop error.
