Strange Audio on Anik F2

I did a blind scan on my Coolsat 6000 and came up with an interesting Signal :-
CANAL 28 12.023H 2700 Vpid 0047 Apid 0063 Ppid 0047.

The thing is that Audio in English is coming from the Left speaker and audio in Spanish from the right.

What is going on here ?

Can I get all english ? If so how ?

with your receiver press the green key (Audio) and then select the left channel only instead of stereo.

That channel is for bilingual people....lol

I seen these feed's b4, I just go to menu, audio, and change the settings until you only hear one.

some of the ethnic stations on 97W do that...just switch the audio to one side and it will work fine

Oh yeah, on some BYU broadcasts you'll get 10+ audio pids with a different language on right and left.

Yup. My favorite though is when I'm listening to the choir before a big broadcast and they just interrupt with "ENGLISH!" every two minutes.
