streaming Azteca America via PC to TV

I just tried to stream an Azteca program but I get an "unauthorized country" message. Well, I'm in America. So what's the deal?

Not sure, but depending on your browser you are using, you might be able to download a geolocation program and change the location to one it likes. I'm using one with Firefox called "Change Geolocation (Location Guard)". You can right-click it and change your location based on map coordinates.
