Subchannel Discussion Thread

Just a minor subchannel change in the LA market ...

It appears the SonLife religious network formally on vir. 18-7 (phy. 18.5) by Rabbitears is now on vir. 20-1 with the same phy. 18.5.

Placing it in the same virtual channel range as KNLA-CD chs. 20-2 to 20-4. But actually coming from KSCI's transmitter on RF ch. 18 instead of KNLA-CD's transmitter on RF ch. 50.

Next summer, court is back in session next May when Katz Broadcasting relaunches CourtTV:
Court TV Brand to Resurface as New Channel From Scripps Co.

Most of the new Sub Channels meaning Church ones are been added on West Coast and the West Coast has a lot of Sub Channels but like KC area not that much.

Apparently there isn't anyone who is willing to step up and sponsor such a station. Stations aren't free (or even cheap) regardless of how you distribute them.

To suggest that scanning the listings for one or more Christian stations is going to make one happen is not logical.
