Subcription of International Channel @ 118.7 in PR?

I like to know if any one who sub to any international channel in the 118.7? There any CSR that not allowed to add?

U need to a have a sat pointed to 118 to receive it. I used to have some packages before so I know you can get it. As Nel said...PM to one of the DIRT members.
