Summer of Shame?

This is the 40th anniversary of the "Summer of Love". Unfortunately, given all that's going on in sports this summer- Corrupt basketball officials, Pacman, Vick, and etc... this may be the "summer of shame".

Amazing how that generation went from peace and love to now money, power, religion as a tool, over excess, f**k the environment, SUV's, media madness, wire taping, over seas prisons, war, ignore steroids in my sport unless the government threatens me, etc. Not trying to start a flame fight here but its amazing how that generation did a complete 360. It was idealistic but "what's so funny about peace, love and understanding"?

LOL. Maybe they are not so bad for you after all. Happier peaceful life albeit a bit shorter lifespan.

Well at least we had good drugs, for every one that jumped off a building after doing LSD, one million saw god.
