How come Sundance HD programs are available on ON DEMAND such as Elvis Costello but there isn't a regular HD channel to watch. I could usually record ON DEMAND HD on Comcast but FIOS QAM channels have too many possibilities to search through since they use numbers like 84.123 which means 1000 locations to search on each channel. Comcast only used numbers like 84.12 which was much easier to find ON DEMAND broadcast and record to d-vhs.

According to this thread Sundance HD had a planned launch date of Dec '08, but it hasn't happened yet. While nobody is carrying Sundance HD, they have been supplying some VOD HD programming.
