Superdish Problems

Hey Guys,

I got Dish Installed in December, with a 121 Superdish and a 322, and I just got back from vacation and my dish was having some signal problems, I checked the signal levels and instead of 100+ as all 3 were, now 119 is down to about 30 and 110 has 80 or so and 121 is just gone, so I did a check switch and I only got back 110 -> even/odd 119-> odd only and didn't even see 121.

So Now I'm wondering did my dish move or did some piece of hardware give up the ghost.

realign

You need to realign the dish, by the sounds of it needs to come a touch down and to the west, very little movement. If it was just installed you are under 90 days and there is no charge for the tC

I'll give them a call, and if they take too long I'll just toss a ladder up there and move it myself
