Superdish with DP34 and DirectTV

Can I hookup a Directv receiver to my Superdish (110/119/105) and my DP34 spare receiver ouput?

nope the Dtv receiver will not work with the dish pro technology.

then could I use a splitter on the 119 LNB feed prior to the DP34 and hook one leg up directly to the DTV receiver and the other to the DP34? I'd just get 119 channels obvioulsy thorugh DTV but wondering if there would be a signal strength issue and/or electical compatability issue. the reason I'm asking is I get Dish 120 just for Fox news. I could go to the 60 channel package and get Fox and Discovery kids off Direct TV (I have a spare receiver still active),

you would not be able to get much off of 119 with DTV cause most of their channels are on 101. sorry
