support issue

:confused: I purchase xm connect which include timetrax software. I have the product in hand and now can not get anyone to give me keys to activate the software, emails back and forth to support and now today they stop responding to emails. all I want is the stupid activation keys to use the product. What is up!! Now I see in this forum I am not only person to have this problem. They may be busy with CES but someone must be minding the home front!!!
 
What is your support ticket number?

I will look into it.

I just finished going through ALL open support tickets and all have been responded to.

You may want to check any junk mail or spam folders in your e-mail account.

Sometimes our automated e-mails get caught by these filters causing you to not see them.

If you are simply sending in e-mails to our generic e-mail address there is no telling who gets it and what their office schedule is.

Still no keys to activate what is going on????????:mad:
 
I personally talked to the Sales manager tonight.

He was not in the office yesterday due to catching up from CES.

He is on it and will be replying to you this evening.

well looks like support came thru after all. maybe things will be better. I now have some keys and the promise of sending me an email of all my past purchases and etc.
The product is great and now looks like support will do support.
