I am currently having my SWM system done for whole home dvr. Can i connect DECA to just one hddvr on my home network and get DOD for all connected devices on whole home?

Well it depends.. Does the rest of your devices have built-in DECA's??? If their newer hardware then they will along with your HDDVR. So you could have a Broadband DECA behind your DVR as long as you have a network drop behind it where you can plug into the DECA. If not then you might have them just run coax cable drop where your router is which will go back to the SWIM Switch. Then just plug the DECA in there to your router and back to the new coax cable drop. This will get your MVR working for all of your supported devices plus get them all on the net as well.
