I have a 625 dish receiver and a 500 dish with one AKH1-DPS LNBF (although it has a spot for a second one). I want to be able to pick up both 110 and 119 satellites. Do I need another LNBF and a SW21 switch to make this work? Thanks!

Yes, you would need another LNB to pick up another satellite at the same time. It may be easier if you get a DPP Twin LNB, then you just need to run one cable from the LNB to the receiver (using a DPP Separator as well).
Or, if you get a DP Twin, run 2 cables directly from the LNB to the receiver's "satellite in" ports.
Or, if you get a DP Twin, run 2 cables directly from the LNB to the receiver's "satellite in" ports.
