TBS USB issue diseqc commands via dos commands or linux scripts

Is anyone aware of any linux/dos tools that will allow me to issue DISEQC commands via scripts and pass them onto the TBS USB STB?

I would like to write some custom scripts to be able to issue various diseqc 1.0 / 1.1 / 1.2 and 1.3.
