Actually maybe, because that's what it says on the page they give.
That they are adding more HD and improving the Latino packages, so that's why they took off this 2 channels.

It only says that the announcements of what is coming will be in the next days.

Dish has a poor Latino channel offfering. Add Antena 3 (Spain) Tele chile (chile), Venevision (venezuela) or Telefé (Argentina), to name a few.
