TEN with QAM tuner

I am a charter basic subscriber. I only get channels 2-21 and a couple of locals in HD. I noticed lately that I have been recieving the Erotic Netwoks (TEN) on channels 800. 800-1, and 800-2. Just wondering why charter are sending these?

Whenever charter does channel shuffles or maint in my area, I get all sorts of stuff for a while with my QAM tuner. Eventually it gets scrambled again. Although I did get HBO and showtime for almost 7 months before someone realized.

BTW, do you experience any channels with your QAM that have no audio?
Especially the ones after 90, which most are digital/HD channels.
