I would just like to thank Ashley at Suddenlink for finally getting the issue with my father-in-law's account to the right people. The manager at the local office finally got in touch with me at the end of last week and took care of the issue, both with the poor customer service (customer dis-service) at the call center and with the tech who decided to be a certain body part to my father-in-law. He assured me that tech would not be servicing the area again and said he would have a long talk with that tech. He also offered my father-in-law a generous credit and gave me his name and number to call him directly if we ever need to regarding his account.
