They did an excellent job with Arrow. If they can do it again, the CW will probably have another good show.

After Smallvile(went too long though) Now Arrow then Flash and a few others I believe they will do a good job!! imo

They kept talking about the lightning strike and accident on Arrow, so the Flash cannot be far behind.

Barry Allen was supposed to reappear in episode 20, but I think that has been changed to the standalone pilot episode, so we may see Flash or Barry Allen mentioned but he isn't currently scheduled to be back on Arrow this season. So we probably won't see him until the Fall assuming The Flash is approved for full series pickup after the pilot episode.

While it is possible, given all they hype they are probably pretty sure it will be picked up.
