Finished this a couple nights ago and it was really quite good. 15 episodes with each episode representing an hour of one daytime shift in an ER. Watching one episode a week as it was released would have been painful. I expect Noah Wyle will be a up for a few awards for this first season but most of the cast was quite good.

Season 2 is supposed to be ready in January.
