The sound on my satelite doesnt work!!!

I have a captiveworks600spremium and I downloaded the file 2.01 and the sound doesnt work. I checked the volume also the wiring was correct. And there was still no sound. Is there something wrong with the file or what???

By looking at the CaptiveWorks website the latest file is Version 1.09.
