The Wolowitz Space Toilet - for real

I went to a sensors conference a few years ago and one of the speakers was a shuttle mission specialist. After giving a 40 minute talk, he looks over and says "I can show you another 20 minutes of earth shots from the shuttle, but you've seen em all before. Why don't we spend the time talking about the toilet"

He then proceeded to have us rolling on the floor for 20 minutes discussing the mechanics of zero gravity toilet humor.

Example: "Before launch, they took us into a small room and handed us a box full of plastic tubes. They told us to choose our 'appliance' from the selection provided. They were labelled 'small', medium, and 'large'. To my certain knowledge, in all of the history of the space program, no one has ever chosen 'small'. They have hundreds of these things hanging around. They sell them at the annual NASA garage sale as bud vases."
