Can anyone please tell me if the word network is still on Galaxy 25. I'm receiving almost all the channels but for some reason i just can't get signal quality on the transponder to receive this channel. Signal strength on the others ranges from 20-50. Signal on AMC4 is great--90+.

Thanks..-

I'm receiving it with a signal quality (signal strength is, apparently, of only secondary importance) in the 20's...one of the lowest for all the Glorystar channels I receive.

I'm pretty sure that's because I'm in central PA which appears to be in a kind of satellite footprint "shadow" for Galaxy 25 (if you look at the Ku band map on the lyngsat site ( Galaxy 25 at 97.0°W - LyngSat Maps ), my area has about the lowest dbW). I think it's due to the Allegheny mountain range either blocking or deflecting part of the signal.
