Well my plan fell through. I had talked to a CSR last week who said I was no longer under contract but when I chatted yesterday with a rep to tell them I wanted to cancel and see what the retention department would offer, the first lady said I wasn't under contract (2nd person to tell me this) but when she transferred me to the retention department, she said I was under contract but that the system wasn't showing it in the correct place. She offered to send me a copy of the contract. This make sense anyways since I got a Hopper for $100 back when it came out. But I was still able to get her to hook me up. I got a second Hopper for $50 ( I really needed more tuners) and $20 off a month for a year. Not too bad I guess.
