Thoughts on the Basic Dish 111?

The only mistake Dish made on the 111's is that it lacks RCA outputs.

Heck, even the model 1000 with no front panel buttons had an RCA output on the back!

It is nice that Dish has a good low price receiver still available out there. Its great for a spare bedroom, a kids room, or even if your using it in your RV.

A lot of people out there still only using a coaxial connection and do not care if they use an RCA connection or not.

Rectified when they produced the 4100 for Bell. I even bought a 4100 thinking I could put it into the stream and get it to convert. That, unfortunately, no longer happens. :(
