Thumbnails and Channel Icons issues..

Just got a new hopper installed to replace the one that kick the bucket.. I am on software S238 they got my HD channel fixed too.. After seen the install none of the icons or thumbnails have been showing up.. Anyone know a way to fix this issue.. I have done a hard restart etc and nothing has fixed it.
 
Yeah, sorry, didn't look close enough to notice newbie status. Inside jokes can be killer.

Did the nightly update work? My brand new install today of HWS is missing the icons but the other install today of the older model hopper shows the channel icons.
