time for 4k avr, what about atmos

Looking to upgrade avr thanks to the new 4k hardware. Atmos seems to be the next wave of audio but it seems to require DD+.

So is hopper 3 dd+ capable?
Will dish offer atmos content ( like Game of Throwns?)
