System: Dish 500 with a DPP Twin, D500 with a DP Dual, 2 DPP44 switches. 622 with a seperator, 942 with a seperator, 520 with a seperator, 510 and a 322 with a seperator.
Problem Set-Up: Yesterday my computer shut down on it's own. A re-boot showed a message that the Live-Update module had requested a shut down. Lights did not blink nor was there a power outage or brown out. This happened aprox. 2:00 P.M CDT.
8:00 P.M. CDT, TV was turned on for the first time for the day hooked to the 622. Error message said sattelite signal had been lost, please wait while signal is re-aquired or channel up or down or recall for last channel watched. A recall brought in the NGHD channel working properly. A system information check showed no signal on sat 110 or 119 but did have signal on 61.5. Did a hard system re-boot. Error message regarding lost signal returned. System information check showed lost signal on all three sats. Now details said there had not been a signal for the last 6 hours. A check showed all other receivers were in the same shape showing same message. Checked the attic and found no observable problems with connections or DPP44 switches. Power light was on to the connected power surge for the switches.
