Did anyone else experience the TW cable outage over the weekend (8/28/09 10PM - 8/29/09 10 PM) in Queens, NYC?
It was just unbelieveable that we couldn't get through to TW to find out what was wrong. We kept getting a recorded message - "outage in your area." I couldn't speak to anyone, and had no way of knowing what was wrong and when would be repaired. Searched the Interent but no additional information.
Seems to be working now but don't know if it will go out again.
