timer hiccup-extended time

i set a timer to record new episodes of "the big bang theory" on cbs and have it extended to record 90 minutes beyond that timer. last night it recorded the big bang, but stopped when it was over. not sure why? i haven't modified the timer since creating it. the only thing new is that i got software 616 the other day. could this be a glitch?

I have had similar occurances on recordings from CBS. Big Bang not extending after end time and the same on NCIS. If you check it after you set it, it would show up for what I would set, but the next day it would show only till the end of the program (wouldn't even show the normal 3 minutes). This happened for about three weeks and then it went back to working for what was set up.
