TNT-HD in Phoenix?

I recieved a flyer for Cox 7 day special, and on the card it listed channel 725 TNT-HD it even listed it in the HD section of the flyer. Did anyone else recieve this or know anything about it? Cox says they don't have that channel available.

It's my understanding Cox will begin broadcasting TNT-HD on the 12th of this month in Phoenix
