TNT HD video and sound not always in sync

I am a Dish HD customer and love HD. How come TNT can't get there lip movement to match the words on some shows?

I am a Dish HD customer and love HD. How come TNT can't get there lip movement to match the words on some shows?

Sadly to say this is an issue with TNT and this problem happens on all cable and satellite companies. This has been an issue for quite some time and with that said my hopes aren't high for TNT ever fixing this issue. I do hope I'm wrong but it ain't looking good right now.
