I just got a new 42" Plasma and HD programming and I love it. Before I upgraded Dish Network we just had it hooked up OTA and got some really nice local stations.
So I've been thinking about Christmas... my Dad has a Toshiba 36HF73 flat-screen that he bought two years ago. My Mom and Dad are not interested in cable or satellite or anything fancy, they just like their regular TV. So I was thinking maybe I could get them a SD or HD tuner, if their TV will support it, for Christmas so they can get more OTA channels and get a nice picture.
However, from the specs of their TV I am not sure what it will support. Do you expert guys here have some time to have a look at help me out?
A good link with the set specs is here:

In brief, it has a DVI-HDTV Input, it says. So does that mean it's HD capible? So I would need a tuner that has a DVI output?
Maybe I could get a tuner on ebay for $50 or around there, doesn't matter if it's used, just as long as it'll work for a few years for them.
I think it'd be a fun Christmas present. We have some interesting Digital substations here in Salt Lake City Utah that I think would entertain them.
Thanks!
