Own a Traveler SK-SWM3 which recently started not getting HD channels (only 1). Winegard said I needed a new feed arm which I ordered. It didn't work with the new feed arm, it was still only getting 1 HD channel. Now they want to look at the reflector so sent pics of that. Anyone here have any experience with this?

Not too familiar with the Traveler, but can you post photos of your receiver's signal levels or list them?
Particular for 99ca, 99cb, 101, 103ca, 103cb.
