Traxis 1500 DVB receiver

Hi, I am new to the forum and newbie with FTA receivers.
I own a Traxis 1500 and I would like help reloading the names of satellites.
It came with sats from the east coast. I live in the west coast.
It has 100 stas right now and 2 spares that are not being used.
Do I need to connect to a pc and use a software to do it?
I am stuck. Any advice is wellcome.

What do you mean it came with satellites from the east coast? The Traxis 1500 should have satellites on it for north america (58 degrees west to 139 degrees west)

Sorry I was not clear last night when I wrote my posting.
I did buy this receiver from a guy living in the east coast of US.
He did not set up the sats for my location (west coast).

Depending on line of sight, most satellites from 61.5w through 148w should be visible from the U.S.

traxis dbs 1500

I live in the west coast and need help with this receiver, I am getting a signal of 43 but no quality signal at all what is my problem? I have it set to intelesat 5 at 126.9 SE and at elevation 38. Please can some one help, the manual is no help at all. The fortec star that I installed has a lock signal featur but the Traxis dos'nt can som one explan this to me.

Intelsat Americas 5, which has been renamed (G25 I think) its at 97degrees w, not 126e

and put in your location, it will calculate the elevation for you, for a fixed dish.
