Traxis 2500 problem

I have a customer does show signal strengh in the receiver but no signal quality, check with meter and signal is there. This setting is came from a dual KU LNBF, the other receiver at downstair work no problem, but the one at upstair does quit getting signal reading.

Anyone know where to look for ?? and I need to get this fix without send back to distributor, customer was loss work for more then a year and never able to get back to work due to age.

Try and swap receivers (move the bad one to the other room). If it follows along then its the unit. But if it works at the other location, then it could be either a bad cable or at the end

Are you sure the LO is set right? Maybe it got changed..

Swap outputs on the LNBF, see if the problem moves from one location to the other!

I have the working one from down stair to up stair, it work, so, its not the cable or LNBF, I ever have this receiver to my house and hook it up, signal strenght there just no quality, so it must be the receiver.
