Trying to bundle with Dish/CenturyTel

I am a current customer with Dish and I was looking to try and do a bundle service with CenturyTel (Unfortuneatly the only phone in town). Of course you can't be a current customer to do so. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get around this?
