Ts360 ?

Stupid Newbie question......If i plug my dvd player to the component input on my sammy Ts360 does it up-convert it to 720p(thats what I have set it at for my sammy dlp tv)?

It does upconvert - however - I have noticed that my DVD player just looks better going straight to the TV.

Is there a component switching A/V unit in your home theater? If so, you can run all component sources into that and monitor out to your sammy TV without any signal loss. I do that with my Yamaha.
